TICKETS
Since 2020, all tickets must be purchased in advance exclusively on our website.
This ensures no one is turned away in the event of a sold-out show.
There are no on-premises ticket sales.
1 Ticket = 1 Vehicle (up to 7 occupants)

Ticket is valid only for the show, screen, and date specified.

No screen-switching or mix-n-matching.

All occupants of a vehicle must attend the same screen.

Note: tickets are non-transferable/non-refundable to another

show or another date, but may be given to a friend to use.

SHOWS ARE RAIN OR SHINE
In very rare cases, due to prolonged severe storms, we will
cancel a show. Should this occur, an announcement

will be made by 5:00pm day of show.
Since opening in 2009, the weather usually ends
up better than originally forecasted, thankfully


ARRIVAL
Plan to ARRIVE EARLY...arriving 1 hour before showtime isn't considered early
All attendees under a ticket must arrive in the same car and attend the same show

Very sorry, but we have no available parking for meet-ups

No drop-offs/walk-ins

Gates close 20 minutes before showtime....never wait until then to arrive
Once gates close - no later entry is permitted, or arriving just for the

second movie on double-feature nights - sorry no exceptions


PARKING
Parking rows/spaces are designated by vehicle height
Our Parking Crew will guide you to the correct section
Once parked, please turn off lights, accessories, engine

REARWARD PARKING with RAISED HATCH?

If you visit in a Minivan or SUV, parking backwards

to the movie screen with your hatch up is a fun way to

enjoy the show.....however, we cannot always guarantee

the option to view the show in this manner....either due to

the rear hatch design or parking space limitations.

To prevent obstructing the views of folks behind, raised

hatches may be no higher than roofline in most cases.

WHY CAN'T I BRING IN FOOD OR DRINKS?
Like all theaters, the GDIT survives off food & drink purchases,

not ticket revenue -- for this important reason,

no outside food, drinks, containers, alcohol may be brought into the facility.
Unlike other venues, you will find our prices to be the lowest around.

 

Exceptions are made for birthday cakes and baby food.


SHOWTIME
FM radio needed for sound.....in-dash or portable.....no radio app will work

2015+ Toyota, Lexus, Subaru --and-- 2014+ Fords and  Lincolns...see below!

Ensure all lights, fans, engine are off
Raised hatches must be level with roofline (so folks behind can see over you)
Silence please....out of respect for others nearby
Careful not to step on your brake and activate your brake lights

TOYOTA, LEXUS, SUBARU VEHICLES - 2015 & NEWER
Factory radios from these manufacturers receive FM signals a split second
behind all other manufacturers - causing an "echo-effect" for everyone.

FORD & LINCOLN VEHICLES - 2014 & NEWER

These vehicles can be a challenge to keep the lights off while trying

to operate your FM radio.   Also, the radios are set by the factory

to automatically shut off within 30 minutes.

If you own one of the above vehicles, here are a couple of options:
-Bring a standard portable FM radio (sorry no apps)
-Rent a portable FM radio at the kiosks...$5 + ID (limited qty)


WILL USING THE CAR STEREO DRAIN MY CAR BATTERY?
A healthy car battery can last many hours running just the radio.
However, should you have a dead battery - our staff will be glad to assist
with a free jumpstart after the show.


MISCELLANEOUS
Quiet pets on leashes welcome....except on the Lawn at The Grove screen
Smoking cigarettes or Vaping permitted in designated area....no marijuana
Ok to leave during Intermission on Double-Feature nights
