TICKETS
Since 2020, all tickets must be purchased in advance exclusively on our website.
This ensures no one is turned away in the event of a sold-out show.
There are no on-premises ticket sales.
1 Ticket = 1 Vehicle (up to 7 occupants)

NOTE: The Taylor Swift Special Shows tickets are per person

Note: tickets are non-transferable/non-refundable to another

show or another date, but may be given to a friend to use.

SHOWS ARE RAIN OR SHINE
In very rare cases, due to prolonged severe storms, we will
cancel a show. Should this occur, an announcement

will be made by 5:00pm day of show.
Since opening in 2009, the weather usually ends
up better than originally forecasted, thankfully


ARRIVAL
Plan to ARRIVE EARLY.....arriving 1 hour before showtime isn't considered early
All attendees under a ticket must arrive in the same car - no later drop-offs/walk-ins
Gates close 20 minutes before showtime....never wait until then to arrive
Once gates close - no later entry is permitted - sorry no exceptions


PARKING
Parking rows/spaces are designated for vehicle of various heights
Our Parking Crew will guide you to the correct section
Once parked, please turn off lights, accessories, engine
Raised hatches may be no higher than roofline

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay -- pay at kiosk, then take 'Order Slip' to Pick-up Window

ICE CREAM -- Order, Pay, Pick-up directly at Ice Cream Stand

WHY CAN'T I BRING IN FOOD OR DRINKS?
Like all theaters, the GDIT survives off food & drink purchases,

not ticket revenue -- for this important reason,

no outside food, drinks, containers, alcohol may be brought into the facility.
Unlike other venues, you will find our prices to be the lowest around.

 

Exceptions are made for birthday cakes and baby food.


SHOWTIME
FM radio needed for sound.....in-dash or portable.....no radio app will work

Raised hatches must be level with roofline (so folks behind can see over you)

TOYOTA, LEXUS, SUBARU VEHICLES - 2015 & NEWER
Factory radios from these manufacturers receive FM signals a split second
behind all other manufacturers - causing an "echo-effect" for everyone.

FORD & LINCOLN VEHICLES - 2014 & NEWER

These vehicles can be a challenge to keep the lights off while trying

to operate your FM radio.   Also, the radios are set by the factory

to automatically shut off within 30 minutes.

If you own one of the above vehicles, please consider one of the following:
-Bringing a portable FM radio (sorry no apps)
-Renting a portable FM radio at the kiosks...$5 + ID


WILL USING THE CAR STEREO DRAIN MY CAR BATTERY?
A healthy car battery can last many hours running just the radio.
However, should you have a dead battery - our staff will be glad to assist
with a free jumpstart after the show.


MISCELLANEOUS
Quiet pets on leashes welcome....except on the Lawn at The Grove screen
Smoking cigarettes or Vaping permitted in designated area....no marijuana
Ok to leave during Intermission on Double-Feature nights
