Creating the GDIT has been the realization of a dream we had nearly 20 years ago. Through a consistent focus on customer service and annual reinvestment into the business, the GDIT continues to perform very well. We remain extremely grateful for our wonderful customers, our amazing crew, our family and friends, and our health.

You may wonder why we have decided to sell the GDIT. As we enter the next phase of our lives, new dreams have emerged. After much consultation, prayer, and reflection, we believe now is the right time to transition.
From the very beginning, our dream was to create a place where families & friends could gather under the stars and create lasting memories. Thanks to your unwavering support, that dream became a reality.
Since announcing our intention to find new ownership, we have been moved by the outpouring of kind words and interest.
Several offers have come our way - including some from those who saw only the land, not the legacy. We paused to evaluate, hoping to find the right fit, but the journey continues.
Our mission remains clear: to pass the torch to someone who shares our passion for an authentic, modern drive-in. The GDIT is more than a successful business - it’s become an iconic landmark. We believe the right owner can build on this foundation and take the venue to new heights, furthering its success and keep the GDIT prospering for generations to come.
Today, we are reopening the search for a buyer who sees not just a property, but an entertainment venue - with many options to expand operations, while keeping the drive-in as its core.
